As part of Ag Tourism Week in Wisconsin, Governor Tony Evers made a visit to Grant County Tuesday. The governor spent part of the afternoon taking a tour of Vesperman Farms just outside of Lancaster. Evers had earlier proclaimed this week (September 27th thru October 3rd) as Wisconsin’s Ag Tourism Week. Reports show all of Wisconsin’s tourism brought 112 million visitors to the state last year, generating more than $21-billion dollars in revenue. The governor’s proclamition notes the importance of Ag tourism to Wisconsin’s overall economy.
