The Sauk County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a group of people who dropped a severely injured person off at the hospital before leaving the scene without saying a word. The Sheriff’s Office says two people pulled up to St. Claire Hospital just after midnight on September 25. The people took a man, who had significant head and facial injuries, from the car and laid him on the curb of the hospital. Authorities say the two helped another person who was already at the hospital in getting the man into a wheelchair but left without saying anything to hospital staff or law enforcement. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office
