Arrest After 911 Hang Up

A Livingston man has been arrested following a 911 hang up call. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Office reports that deputies were sent to a home on County Road X in Mifflin Township around 8 p.m. Monday. Authorities were able to contact the caller and, after an investigation, 39-year-old Felix Bartolo Garcia was placed under arrest. He faces charges of domestic disorderly conduct and battery. Garcia was taken to the Iowa County Jail where he was booked on his charges and later released after posting bond.
