A Lancaster man faces his 7th offense of drunk driving after police were called to the 1000 block of 13th Street in Fennimore. In a release, Fennimore Police say officers received a complaint of a possible impaired driver and a no-contact violation around 9a Wednesday morning. Following an investigation, 58-year-old James Horner was arrested on a charge of 7th offense OWI and resisting arrest. Authorities say Horner is currently on probation for 2 counts of causing a child to view sexual activity and is prohibited from consuming intoxicants. The Lancaster Police Department and Grant County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
