Richland Center Drunk Driver 3rd Offense

A Richland Center man is facing his 3rd offense of drunk driving after authorities found his vehicle in the ditch. The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department says their office was called around 8p Wednesday night for a vehicle in the ditch along North Prairie Road a few miles east of Muscoda. After an investigation, 41-year-old Bradley Manning was arrested for his 3rd offense of operating while intoxicated. Manning was taken to the Iowa County Jail and remains pending a bond hearing.
