A northwest Illinois school announced it has switched to remote learning. The River Ridge school district in Hanover will start distance learning today (Tues) and won’t return to in-person instruction til December 13th. Officials also say all extracurricular activities for the Jo Daviess County school are postponed during that time frame. The move is based on COVID case numbers and consultation with the county health department.
