Structure Fire Between Galena and Scales Mound

A structure fire was reported this morning in rural Galena. The location of the fire is on West Stagecoach Trail between Galena and Scales Mound. According to the Scales Mound Fire Department, a report was received at about 8:40 a.m. Emergency responders from both communities responded to the scene. The fire was believed to be limited to a garage. No injuries had been reported.
