Twenty-three more COVID-19-related deaths were reported in the tri-state area since Saturday, including 11 in Dubuque County. Additionally, there were three more deaths in Jones County and two more deaths each in Clayton County, Jackson County, Jo Daviess County in Illinois, and Crawford County and Lafayette County in Wisconsin each had one more. Another 234 Dubuque County residents were confirmed to have COVID-19 since December 9th.
