Platteville Schools To Resume Classes As Scheduled Monday

Administrators with the Platteville school district have released a statement regarding Friday’s decision to cancel classes. In the update from Superintendent Jim Boebel, he says law enforcement conducted an investigation and determined there was no credible threat for Platteville schools. Boebel said, given this information, the district plans to resume classes as normal on Monday. School officials and authorities nation-wide were on alert following a social media trend that threatened school safety across the US.
