A 24-year-old Fitchburg man has pled not guilty to a charge of 1st-degree intentional homicide as party to a crime stemming from a shooting over the 4th of July weekend. The plea was entered during an arraignment hearing for Avieon Little on Thursday. Police say Little and 26-year-old Christopher Somersett ambushed 22-year-old Keshaun Davis-Williams of Dodgeville just before 1am on July 5th. Davis-Williams was shot seven times and died from his injuries. Somersett was bound over for trial last week. He has not yet entered a plea on a 1st-degree intentional homicide charge.
