Funerals For Mineral Point Firefighters

Mourners gathered in Mineral Point on Wednesday to remember one of two firefighters who died in a crash along Highway 151 last week. 69-year-old James Ludlum was one of the firefighters killed while responding to another crash early last Thursday. The fire truck he was in was struck by a semi – killing him and 43-year-old Brian Busch. An honor guard and departments from across the area showed support for Ludlum and his family as they escorted his casket thru the Iowa County community with a fire truck procession. A funeral for Busch is set for Friday morning.
