A more than $4-million-dollar highway project is being planned for Clayton County. The Iowa Department of Transportation released a statement regarding the work on Highway 13. A nearly 14-mile stretch of that roadway – located between Highways 3 and 56 – has been added to the state’s improvement program. The project is among several added to the program due to additional funds thru the federal Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. The total cost for the work in Clayton County is $4.3-million dollars.
