Jo Daviess County authorities are looking for a man wanted for killing a Dubuque woman more than a year ago. Charges have been filed against 31-year-old Joseph Wright related to the death of 44-year-old Jennifer Miller last April. According to reports, investigators believe Wright shot Miller along Sinsinawa Avenue in East Dubuque about 3am April 21st. Wright is a black male, about 6-foot-1, weighing 205 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Officials say he has the word “passion” tattooed on the right side of his face, and the word “prince” along with a crown tattooed above his eyes. Wright faces five counts of 1st-degree murder, aggravated discharge of a weapon, two counts of armed violence and two counts of aggravated battery. Once arrested, he’ll be held on $1-million dollars bond. Anyone with information on Wright’s location should call the Jo Daviess County Sheriff’s Office at 815 – 777 – 2141.
