An eastern Iowa man was arrested in Muscoda late Sunday. Deputies with the Grant and Iowa County Sheriff’s Offices were called about a suspicious person along East Nebraska Street in the Village of Muscoda. Authorities talked with several subjects in the area and arrested 37-year-old Christopher Lyman of Clinton, Iowa. Lyman faces charges of operating a vehicle without owner’s consent. He was taken to the Iowa County Jail where he remains.
