Crawford County House Fire

Multiple fire departments from Grant and Richland County were called to assist with a house fire west of Steuben. Officials say the fully engulfed house fire was reported around 3p Wednesday afternoon. Crawford County authorities responded to the blaze along Highway 179 between Eastman and Steuben. Mutual aid was requested from communities including Boscobel, Fennimore, Richland Center and Woodman. No details were immediately available regarding any injuries or the extent of the damage.
