Residents of a Sauk City mobile home park have been told they won’t have to move after all. They had received a notice December 30th telling them they had 31 days to remove their homes. The notice indicated the property manager had decided to terminate all leases and close the community due to rising operating costs. Now, a new company is taking over the park. One resident says about 15-to-18 people still live there. The only downside of the new situation is that lot fees are expected to go up, but it isn’t clear by how much.
