Driver Fails To Report Vehicle in Ditch in Lafayette County

A deputy with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s department responded to County Highway F in Blanchard Township for a vehicle in the ditch Sunday around 7:30am. As a result, the driver of the vehicle, 33 year old Mark Stemrich of Blanchardville was cited for Failure to Report an Accident. Stemrich’s vehicle, owned by 61 year old Beth Scott of Mount Horeb had severe damage and was towed from the scene.
