Authorities say two Iowa County teens face charges of stalking and underage sexual activity after repeatedly grabbing a younger student in his sensitive areas. According to a criminal complaint, the incidents began in December. A Highland sophomore told his parents about an older student grabbing him, which continued with a second student grabbing the victim in his sensitive areas as well. The victim’s mother met with district officials and the victim said he was treated worse after his parents reported the incident. His parents have pulled him from the district. During an interview with police, the victim said two other students had talked to him about inappropriate sexual contact from the two suspects.
