A man from Darlington has been referred to the Lafayette County District Attorney’s office following an incident on Sunday. 57 year old Maurice Nix Jr. Is facing charges of misdemeanor bail jumping and carrying a concealed knife by a prohibited person following a disturbance at a business on Main Street in Darlington Sunday around 3pm.
