If everyone wears masks, social distancing is practiced, and the curve starts to flatten, one U-W health official says fall sports could take place. Doctor Jeff Pothof is the chief quality officer for U-W Health. He says following the rules would make it possible, but there are no guarantees. Pothof says standardizing health safety measures throughout the Big Ten Conference and playing games only against conference opponents will help.
