An Elkader man is facing multiple charges of sexual abuse related to an incident that happened last winter in St Olaf. Authorities have charged 51-year-old Darwin Miller with two counts of 3rd-degree sexual abuse. Reports say that Miller contacted the victim – a girl, who is under the age of 15 – thru Snap-chat by posing as one of her classmates. He then allegedly sexually abused the girl in a St Olaf city park. Miller has pled not guilty to the charges in Iowa District Court of Clayton County.
