Drug Arrest In Belmont Township

A West Allis woman was arrested in Belmont Township early Friday on multiple drug charges. The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office reports a deputy was called to assist with a traffic stop about 2am Friday along Highway 151. Following an investigation, 26-year-old Nikki Putchel was arrested for Possession of a Schedule-Five Drug, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Cocaine, Operating without a License, and Obstructing an officer. Putchel was transported to the Lafayette County Jail where she was later released on a cash bond.
