A woman from Lancaster was arrested by Dubuque Police Wednesday evening in the south entrance parking lot at the Mines of Spain State Recreation Area. 23 year old Cheyenne Beyer was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
