A 43-year-old Darlington man is facing a number of charges following an incident early Sunday. According to a report from the Darlington Police Department, Eddie Bennett was arrested about 2:15am Sunday. Officers say his charges include false imprisonment, domestic disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and possession of THC. Police took Bennett to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody.
