Members of the Lancaster Police Department are collecting donations now til September 6th for their Arrows in Need challenge. Pledges can be made to the program which helps Lancaster School District students who are in need. Each donation can be dropped off or mailed to the Lancaster Police Department. All the pledges are put up for individual members of the department – and that member has to complete the challenge matching the grand total raised for them. Challenges include singing a song on Facebook, running a mile in full gear, doing a belly flop into the pool and more. Challenges will be completed the week of Sept 7th and shared on the Lancaster Police Department Facebook page.
