Gun sales are through the roof in Southern Wisconsin as a surge that started in March has continued. Stores are filled with first-time buyers during the coronavirus pandemic. Sellers say fear has driven many buyers to consider the purchase of a weapon. Sales at Max Creek Outdoors in Oregon have reportedly quadrupled. The demand is outstripping the ability of gun manufacturers to keep the stores’ inventories filled.
