Dubuque authorities said an intoxicated driver led officers on a pursuit Saturday night outside Dubuque. 36 year old Jacob Kutsch, 36 was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on charges of eluding and third-offense operating while intoxicated. Court documents state that a Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department deputy observed Kutsch’s vehicle shortly after 10 p.m. traveling south on Seippel Road at speeds of approximately 55 mph in a 35-mph zone and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. The vehicle continued traveling on Seippel to the 500 block before pulling into a parking lot.
