Semi Swerves To Miss Deer, Crashes on Highway 151

Authorities said one person was injured in a semi-tractor trailer crash in southwest Wisconsin. 48 year old Derrick Henderson of Milwaukee was taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. According to the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department, Henderson was traveling south on Highway 151 in Kendall Township around 2:30 a.m. Saturday when he swerved to miss a deer. The semi entered the ditch, where it struck a guardrail and bridge and came to a rest in the median.
