Armed Robbery Reported in Platteville

Police are seeking the public’s help locating three men they said were involved in a robbery at a Platteville business on Saturday. A store on U.S. Business 151 reported an armed robbery at 3:20 p.m. Saturday. According to the Platteville Police Department, three men entered the business wearing dark hooded sweatshirts and ski masks. Police said one of the three men displayed a weapon and demanded cash before all three fled the scene in a white SUV. No one was harmed during the incident. Platteville police ask that anyone with information about the incident contact the police department at 608-348-2313.
