Retired Galena K9 passed away

The Galena Police Department announced the death of a retired K9 officer via a Facebook post. Over the weekend K-9 Copper passed away. He was a bloodhound owned by retired Jo Daviess Deputy and Part-time Galena Police Officer Terry Keiffer. K-9 Copper has assisted many law enforcement departments over the years, including the Galena Police Department.
