On Wednesday at 6:53 AM the Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a disturbance on Twin Court in the Village of Ridgeway. As a result, 18-year-old Quinn C. Napier of Ridgeway, was arrested on charges of domestic Disorderly Conduct and domestic Battery. Napier was transported to the Iowa County Jail, where he was later released.
