Arrests made in child porn and bestiality case

Over the past few months, a lengthy investigation into the possession of child pornography and manufacturing of bestiality materials has been conducted by the La Crosse Police Department and Crawford County Sheriff’s Office resulting in two arrests. On Thursday, the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence on Norwegian Hollow Road in the Township of Clayton, and 21-year-old John Rodriguez and 19-year-old Alexis Sanders both of Soldiers Grove, were taken into custody and transported to the Crawford County Jail. Rodriguez and Sanders face charges for possession of bestiality materials, and Rodriguez faces an additional charge of possession of child pornography. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Wisconsin Department of Justice – Division of Criminal Investigation, Crawford County Animal Control Officer, Prairie du Chien Police Department, and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
