South Wayne Man Has Minor Injuries in One Vehicle Crash

A man from South Wayne suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident Sunday morning around 4:30am. A deputy with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department responded to County Highway B in Wayne Township where 21 year old Noah Steinmann of South Wayne was traveling northbound when his vehicle entered the southbound lane and went into a ditch and came to rest in a creek. Steinmann’s vehicle had moderate damage and was towed from the scene. South Wayne First Response, South Wayne Fire and Green County EMS assisted at the scene.
