Prairie du Chien man arrested for OWI

On Monday at approximately 2:23 p.m. a traffic stop was conducted by a Crawford County Sheriff on a vehicle on Highway 35 in the Township of Eastman. The driver, 49-year-old Joshua Czap of Prairie du Chien, exhibited signs of drug-related impairment. Czap was arrested and transported to the Crawford County Jail on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a restricted controlled substance.
