On Friday at 12:59 AM 28-year-old Kevin M. Niemeyer of Shullsburg was arrested on Highway 11 in Gratiot Township for 2nd Offense OWI, Operating after Revocation, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of THC. Niemeyer was transported to Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and currently remains. Lafayette County EMS assisted.
