On Wednesday at 10:05 PM 75-year-old William E. Arneson of Janesville was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 4th Offense on Highway 11 in Benton Township. Arneson was transported to Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and remains. Arneson was also cited for Speeding. Lafayette County EMS assisted.
