Leslie Odom Jr. will return as Aaron Burr in Broadway’s Hamilton after nearly a decade. Odom first portrayed Burr during the musical’s early days, winning a Tony in 2016 before pursuing other projects. His limited run at the Richard Rodgers Theatre is scheduled from September 9th to November 23rd. “Returning to Hamilton is a deeply meaningful homecoming,” Odom said of his return. “I’m so grateful for the chance to step back into the room — especially during this anniversary moment — and to revisit this brilliant piece that forever changed my life and the lives of so many.” Hamilton is nearing its 10th anniversary on August 16th.
