After a months-long investigation, two people from Richland County have been arrested on drug related charges. According to a press release from the Richland Center Police Department, members of the Richland-Iowa-Grant Drug Task Force, the Richland Center Police Department, the Richland County Sheriffs, and the United Sates Postal Inspection Service executed a search warrant in northern Richland County. Through an investigation it was learned that 42-year-old Joshua Clark was purchasing drugs online and having them mailed to his residence. As a result of the warrant, Clark was arrested on charges of delivery of ketamine, delivery of DMT, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of LSD, maintaining a drug dwelling, possession of a schedule II narcotic, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 32-year-old Abigail Anderson of rural Richland County was arrested for possession of ketamine, maintaining a drug dwelling, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
