On Friday at 7:11 PM an Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy assisted a Mineral Point officer on a traffic stop near the intersection of Highway 151 and E Barreltown Road in the Township of Mineral Point. As a result of the stop, 24-year-old Degan M. Lau of Spencer, was arrested on charges of Operating After Revocation. Lau was transported to the Iowa County Jail, where he was later released on bond.
