Gov. Kim Reynolds ordered all flags in Iowa to be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Thursday, May 15, in honor of the National Peace Officers Memorial Day. Flags will be at half-staff on the State Capitol Building and on all public buildings, grounds and facilities throughout the state. Flags at the Iowa Peace Officer Memorial site remain at half-staff during National Police Week through May 17.
