A Baraboo man charged in a deadly shooting at a Richland County campground was acquitted Thursday, online court records show. 63-year-old David Harp was found not guilty of second-degree reckless homicide following a three-day trial. Jurors deliberated for roughly three hours Thursday before delivering the verdict. Harp was charged in connection with the death of 54-year-old Corby Neef, who was found with multiple gunshot wounds at the Bunker Hill Campground near Cazenovia in May 2023.
