Blanchardville man cited following accident

On Saturday at 12:16 AM A Lafayette County deputy responded to a one vehicle accident on County G in Willow Springs. 20-year-old Gavin M. McNett of Blanchardville was travelling on County G when he lost control of his vehicle, left the roadway, struck a guy wire, and came to a stop in a field. McNett left the scene. McNett’s vehicle received disabling damage. McNett was cited for Failure to Maintain Control, Failure to Report an Accident, and Minor Transportation of Alcohol. Scenic Rivers assisted.
