Juvenile transported following one-vehicle crash

On Thursday at 12:10 PM a Lafayette County deputy, Darlington Fire, and Lafayette County EMS responded to County D in Fayette Township for a one vehicle accident. A juvenile female was traveling on County D when she failed to negotiate a curve, lost control of the vehicle, crossed the center line and struck the guardrail. The juvenile female was transported to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries sustained in the crash. The juvenile’s vehicle received disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Darlington Police assisted.
