Additional arrest made in Green County sex abuse investigation

An additional arrest was made in relation to an investigation of sexual acts involving a convicted sex offender. An initial press release from June 5 states 19-year-old Isaiah Cook of Albany was charged with 3 counts of Felony Bail Jumping and 3 counts of Lewd and Lascivious Behavior. After further investigation, an additional arrest of a Green County Jail inmate was made on Tuesday. 27-year-old Charles Edward Jaeger of Monroe was arrested at the jail for two counts of Lewd and Lascivious Behavior. Jaeger was previously taken into custody on a hold issued by Probation and Parole on Thursday, June 5, 2025 and has been in the custody of the Green County Jail since that arrest. This investigation remains active and no additional information will be released at this time.  Jaeger has a previous sex crime conviction in the State of Wisconsin.
