Wisconsin home sales fell for a third-straight month in May, the Wisconsin Realtors Association said in its real estate report Thursday. Sales dropped 2.7% compared to the first five months of 2024. It comes as median home prices rose to $315,000, a 6.8% jump from the first five months of last year. The WRA said the pace of the drop was moderated, and that Wisconsin’s housing inventory is on the upswing. The state saw 22,000 homes on the market in May, an 8.5% increase from last year, and months of available supply rose to 3.9 months.
