Darlington Police kept busy during holiday weekend

It was a busy holiday weekend for the Darlington Police Department. 53-year-old Philip Hofer of Blanchardville was arrested for 6th offense OWI following a traffic stop on Main Street. 70-year-old Daniela Stillmank of Sious City, Iowa was arrested for 4th offense OWI and a parole violation following a welfare check. 44-year-old Dustin Valentine of Darlington was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct, domestic battery, intimidation to a victim, and criminal damage to property. Valentine remains in custody at the Lafayette County Jail on a probation hold.
