Dubuque County man asked girl to disrobe in his presence

Authorities said a Dubuque County man repeatedly asked a girl under age 14 to disrobe in his presence. 41-year-old Joshua J. Martin of Farley, Iowa, was arrested at 2:22 p.m. Saturday at his residence on a charge of lascivious conduct with a minor. Court documents state that the incident occurred Friday afternoon at Martin’s residence in the presence of four other juveniles.
