Home listings in Wisconsin improved from last year

Statewide home listings improved 7.3% from July of last year, according to the Wisconsin Realtors Association. The new July report also shows the statewide median home price rose 4.5% to $322,500. Affordability remains low, only improving 1.7% since last July. Home sales were essentially flat, falling only 0.3% from July 2024.
