Downton Abbey stars Laura Carmichael and Michael C. Fox have confirmed they are married. The announcement came during NBC’s special, Downton Abbey Celebrates The Grand Finale, which aired Wednesday to promote the franchise’s final film. Fox, 36, and Carmichael, 39, welcomed a son in 2021. They met on set in 2015, with romance rumors beginning the following year. (Story URL)

Kirsten Dunst has ruled out returning for a Bring It On reboot. “No. I’m like, leave good things where they are,” she told ET. “I don’t need to put on a cheerleading outfit. Amazon has put Season 2 of Mr. & Mrs. Smith on hold with no new timeline set. The indefinite delay follows plans to cast Mark Eydelshteyn and Sophie Thatcher in the lead roles. They were set to replace Donald Glover and Maya Erskine, who starred in Season 1. Production was originally scheduled to begin this fall. Amazon representatives declined to comment on the delay. Bryan Fuller says his dream project is a limited series of The Silence Of The Lambs starring Zendaya as Clarice Starling alongside Mads Mikkelsen as Hannibal Lecter. Fuller shared the idea during the Toronto Film Festival: “If I could put anything out into the universe, I would put that into the universe.” Fuller’s NBC series Hannibal ran three seasons before ending in 2015. John Lennon’s killer, Mark David Chapman, has been denied parole for the 14th time. The 70-year-old appeared before New York’s parole board on August 27th at Green Haven Correctional Facility in Beekman. He has been serving 20 years to life since his 1981 conviction for Lennon’s murder. State corrections records confirm the denial. His next parole hearing is scheduled for 2027. (Story URL)
