On Sunday just before 6 PM Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a one-vehicle rollover crash on Highway 39 near County Road F in Moscow Township. Hollandale Fire, Hollandale First Response, Blanchardville EMS and multiple Iowa County deputies responded to the scene. As a result of this crash, 33-year-old Dylan J. Palmer of Belleville was arrested for OWI 4th offense. He was transported to the Iowa County Jail, where he was booked and remains.
